I’ve always been drawn to the intelligence of the human body—not just in how it moves, but in how it stores memory, emotion, and energy. My background as an athletic trainer gave me a solid foundation in physical performance and recovery, but I quickly realized that the real breakthroughs happen when we go beyond the physical—into the emotional, psychological, and energetic layers of who we are.

I believe that our deepest power lives in our energy—especially our sexual energy. It’s not just about sex. It’s the creative life force that fuels confidence, purpose, presence, and deep connection. Most people have been conditioned to suppress it, disconnect from it, or misuse it. My work is about helping you remember how to own it—consciously, powerfully, and with integrity.

I teach people how to unlock their pure potential energy, master their mindset, and reconnect with their primal essence—so they can lead, love, and live fully. Whether I’m working with high-performance men to ignite their magnetic presence, or guiding women through deep healing and reclamation of their feminine power, the mission is the same: to awaken the truth of who you are and help you embody it in every area of your life.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me on the golf course, watching sunsets, or spending time with my dog Dak—who’s not just my shadow, but hands down the most cuddly soul you’ll ever meet. I’m obsessed with studying the body, energy, psychology, and philosophy—and I bring that love into everything I create.
